¾ tsp. Roasted Granulated Garlic

⅜ tsp. Ghost Pepper Salt

⅜ tsp. Regular Yellow Mustard Powder

⅜ tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper

1 Tbsp. Freeze Dried Chives

  • 7½ oz. Shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ jar (4 oz.) Pimento peppers, diced
  • ⅝ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¾ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. 1

Add all of the ingredients except the Freeze Dried Chives to a food processor.

  2. 2

Pulse, then blend until smooth and uniform.

  3. 3

Once smooth, fold in the chives with a spatula until evenly distributed.

  4. 4

Transfer to a sealed container and rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving so the flavors come together. Makes about 1½ cups.

  5. 5

For a chunkier texture: use about ⅓ cup of mayonnaise and mash everything together with a fork instead of using a food processor.

  6. 6

To serve: spoon over loaded cheese fries, layer into a brisket sandwich, or pipe into stuffed peppers. Warm gently for a cheese dip, or serve cold as a cracker spread.
