Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your order history and speed up future purchases. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods shown at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at 719-633-8803 during business hours or email us at info@pinepepperspices.com, and we'll do our best to help.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order required. Order as little or as much as you like. We offer free shipping on orders over $60 — check our shipping page for current details.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we ship within the United States only. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.


Products

How should I store my spices?

Store spices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Airtight containers help preserve freshness and aroma. Most ground spices are best used within 1–2 years; whole spices can last 3–4 years when stored properly.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our facility handles a variety of spices and blends that may include common allergens. Each product page lists its full ingredient information. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer custom spice blends?

We love working with customers on custom blends for events, restaurants, and specialty gifts. Reach out to us at info@pineandpeppers.com with details about what you have in mind and we'll get back to you.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are 
happy to offer the following options: 

Exchange or store credit on spices & food products 
Returns or exchanges on non-food items in good condition, with a receipt 

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — click it and you'll be removed within 1–2 business days. Transactional emails like order confirmations and shipping updates will continue until your order is complete.
