1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account, or completing a purchase on the Pine & Peppers Spice Shop website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our spices, blends, and specialty products, including ingredients, origins, and flavor profiles. However, slight variations in color, aroma, or appearance may occur due to natural differences between harvests and seasons.

• Product images are representative and may not exactly match the item received.
• Weights listed are approximate and may vary slightly by ±5%.
• Availability is not guaranteed; items may be discontinued or temporarily out of stock without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable law based on your shipping address.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders may be cancelled or modified if we have not begun processing or fulfilling the order. If that process has begun, orders can not be cancelled or modified. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pine & Peppers Spice Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.

Opened products are not eligible for return due to the perishable nature of spices. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion.

7. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are food items. While we take care to label ingredients accurately, our facility may handle common allergens including tree nuts, sesame, and other spice-adjacent ingredients. Customers with food allergies should review all ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

Pine & Peppers Spice Shop is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from allergen exposure. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photographs, logo, and brand materials — is the property of Pine & Peppers Spice Shop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
