Pine & Pepper has been part of the Colorado Springs food community since 2010, when the shop first opened as the very first Savory Spice Shop franchise. John & Alexa took over the shop in 2024, and in 2026 we rebranded as Pine & Pepper, a spice shop rooted in this city, with the same thoughtfully sourced spices and blends our customers have loved for years.
We're a small team, so everyone makes a real difference. We believe good food starts with good spices, and our favorite part of the job is helping someone find the blend that makes their next meal better.
What working here looks like
Every day is a little different. Depending on the role, you might be:
Helping customers
Offering tastes, talking through recipes, and helping people find the right spice or blend for what they're cooking.
Hands-on with spices
Building gift sets, keeping the shelves stocked, and packing online orders with care.
Out in the community
Our team shows up at local farmers markets and hosts hands-on spice classes right in the shop.
