  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lbs. Ground turkey
  • 2 small Onions, minced
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

Directions

    Heat the grill to medium-high, about 375°F.

    In a small bowl, stir together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Granulated Garlic, Aji Chili Lime Blend, and Jalapeño Chile Powder to make the sauce.

    In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced onion, bread crumbs, and ½ cup of the sauce. Mix gently with your hands until just combined and shape into 8 even patties.

    Grill the burgers, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 7 to 10 minutes per side.

    Brush with the reserved sauce just before serving. Makes 8 servings.
