  • 1 bag Green tea
  • About 5 oz. Water

Directions

  1. 1

Place your chosen herb — about ⅔ tsp. of Cracked Ginger, Spearmint, or Makrut Lime Leaf — in a mug along with the green tea bag.

  2. 2

Heat the water until it's just barely simmering — green tea is happiest below a full boil.

  3. 3

Pour the hot water over the bag and herbs and let steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. 4

Strain the tea into a fresh mug to keep the leaves from oversteeping. Makes about ⅔ cup.

  5. 5

Serving suggestion: stir in a small spoonful of Honey Powder for a softer floral finish.
