Coarse Black Malabar Pepper

Coarse black Malabar pepper has a bold, well-rounded pepper flavor with clear fruity notes. The larger grind delivers texture and visible pepper presence, making it especially useful for grilling and finishing dishes. It holds its bite well in high heat and does not disappear into food as quickly as finer grinds. This is a dependable everyday black pepper with more impact.
