How To Use
Four blends, four jobs. For the rubs, pat meat dry, coat lightly with oil so the seasoning sticks, then apply an even layer — about 1 tablespoon per pound — and let it rest 20–30 minutes before cooking. For the finishing blends, sprinkle to taste at the end. Each blend has its moment: Pikes Peak Butcher’s Rub — a bold, savory rub that shines on steaks, brisket, and burgers. Tejon Hickory Smoke Seasoning — deep hickory-smoke flavor for ribs, chicken, and baked beans, even straight off a gas grill or in the oven. Garden of the Gods Pizza Sprinkle — shake over pizza, garlic bread, and pasta, or stir into marinara and ricotta. Seven Falls Salsa Blend — stir into canned tomatoes for a quick salsa, or season ground beef, black beans, and roasted corn. Beyond that, use any of the four on roasted potatoes and vegetables, over popcorn, in sour cream and dips, or mixed into softened butter for a finishing spread.
