Tart and fruity with the distinctive dark, slightly floral quality of elderberry over sweet balsamic. More acidic and berry-forward than plain balsamic with a deep purple color.
How To Use
Drizzle over pork, duck, roasted root vegetables, and aged cheeses. Use in cocktails, sparkling water, or as a glaze for lamb. Good on cheese boards with brie or aged gouda.
