Grassy, vegetal, and slightly marine with a clean, brisk finish. More intense and less sweet than pan-fired green teas, with a bright, fresh aroma.
How To Use
Steep 1 teaspoon per cup in water at 160–175°F for 1–2 minutes. Sencha is sensitive to heat and steep time — use cooler water than other teas to avoid bitterness.
