Flavor Profile
Bold, malty, and full-bodied with a brisk, slightly astringent finish. The malt character is Assam's signature — richer and more assertive than Darjeeling or Ceylon.
How To Use
Steep 1–2 teaspoons per cup in water at 200–212°F for 3–5 minutes. Holds up well with milk and sugar. Good as a morning tea or base for chai.
