Flavor Profile
Smooth, grassy, and slightly sweet with a clean vegetal character and a mild umami depth. Less bitter than lower-grade matcha — the sweetness is natural and the finish is clean. Vivid green color.
How To Use
Sift 1–2 teaspoons into a bowl, add 2–3oz of hot water at 165–175°F and whisk in a W motion until frothy. Drink as traditional whisked matcha or whisk into steamed milk for a matcha latte.
