Flavor Profile
Bold, malty black tea with a distinctly floral, citrusy bergamot aroma and flavor. The bergamot is the dominant note — aromatic, slightly perfumed, and unmistakable.
How To Use
Steep 1–2 teaspoons per cup in water at 200–212°F for 3–5 minutes. Good plain or with a splash of milk. A squeeze of lemon can enhance the bergamot citrus notes.
