Pepper-Roasted Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Pine & Pepper Spices — Pick One
- About 2 lbs. Chicken wings
- 1 to 3 Tbsp. Wash Park All-Purpose Seasoning (another pepper-forward option, if you have it on hand)
- As needed Cooking spray
Directions
-
1
Heat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and mist the foil with cooking spray.
-
2
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the sheet and sprinkle both sides generously with your chosen rub — Palmer Park Lemon Pepper, Sea Salt Butcher’s BBQ Rub, Perfect Pair Salt & Pepper, or Wash Park All-Purpose Seasoning.
-
3
Mist the tops of the wings lightly with another pass of cooking spray — this is what crisps the skin without a deep fryer.
-
4
Roast for 20 minutes, then flip and roast another 20 minutes, until deeply browned and cooked through (internal temperature around 165°F).
-
5
Tip the wings into a bowl and toss with the sauce of your choice, or serve them plain with a small bowl of dipping sauce alongside. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
