Method No-Cook
Chill Time 30 min+
Yield About 1⅛ Cups

Ingredients

Pine & Pepper Spices

2¼ tsp. Palmer Park Lemon Pepper

⅜ tsp. Roasted Granulated Garlic
Shop →
¾ tsp. Dill Weed
Shop →
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅜ cup Buttermilk
  • 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. 1

In a small bowl or sealable jar, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. 2

Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes so the herbs have time to soften and the flavors marry.

  3. 3

Stir or shake again just before serving. For a thicker dip, lean toward more mayonnaise and less buttermilk — for a pourable dressing, do the opposite.

  4. 4

Lovely as an artichoke dip, a sauce for grilled vegetables, a spread for baked chicken, or a dunk for breaded chicken or fish fingers. Also makes a quick stand-in for hollandaise on a steak or eggs Benedict.
